San Diego Zoo!

Last Sunday, Madi had her very first visit to the San Diego Zoo! We met up with Auntie and Uncle and cousins Tyler and Katie! Madison LOVES LOVES LOVES animals. She always goes nuts when she sees them in books, magazines, and on TV, so we thought that she would just pee herself in excitement if she saw these animals in person. She really enjoyed seeing all sorts of animals and pointed to them all, and shouted out, "Da!" thinking they were all dogs. To her, every animal is a dog. :) Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip to the zoo short and only stayed about 2 1/2 hours, so we missed a big chunk of the zoo and all of its lovely animals. But good news! We have an annual pass and can go to the zoo (and Wild Animal Park) whenever we want! SOOO... With that being said, I think we're gonna go back to the zoo and hit up the giraffes and gorillas and pandas and such, this coming Sunday for Father's Day!
